Valarie died Julie, 19, 2008 in Houston, TX at Houston Hospice after 3 year battle with cancer. Valarie last worked at Amegy Bank in Houston, Texas. She is survived by husband, Jerry (Gerald), son, Mark, and daughter, Julie Anna. She is also survived by her mother and father, Helen and George Draper and her siblings, Chet, Karen, and Kay. Valarie was very active member of Faith Lutheran Church in Bellaire, TX leading the children's choir and was member of the adult choir.
