He was born on March 26, 1948 in Alice, Texas. Doyle received his master's degree from Texas A&M University. He was a photographer, artist and historian. He especially enjoyed the Civil War. Doyle was a member of Preston Crest Church of Christ. He is survived by his sister, Delene Bruton of Hobbs, New Mexico and his brother Buddy Raymond also of Hobbs. He was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, February 2, 2003 at Preston Crest Church of Christ in Dallas, Texas.
