Speedy was a longtime resident of Alice where he made many friends thru his work at Alice Communications Service. He later moved To Alice where he found his love for fishing and quiet nights on the lake. He was very involved with his community and family. A memorial service was held Tuesday, July 30 at Holmgreen Mortuary Chapel in Alice. In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made in Speedy's honor to Houston Hospice, 1905 Holcombe Blvd.Houston, TX 77030 A good, good guy.....gone too soon. RIP, Speedy!
