Reagan was a 1971 graduate of Alice High School where he was a member of the Alice High School All District football team and a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity at Texas A&I Kingsville at the time of his death. Funeral services were conducted at the Episcopal Church of the Advent in Alice and buried at Alice Cemetery.
